3. WHAT ABOUT POSTAGE?
Postage depends on which country you are buying from.
When you add a product to your shopping cart, click 'Proceed to Checkout'...
This will add on the shipping charge for you to see. All charges are displayed before you are asked to pay, so feel free to check the charges for different items.
The postage charge is determined by the weight of the products you order. If you buy more than one product you will save money on shipping as we will combine the items into one package...therefore saving on postage. You will be charged fairly.

5. HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will more than likely be shipped within 24 hours from when you place the order, unless you order on a weekend, in which case it will be sent on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE AT MY ADDRESS?
All UK orders are sent first class and on average should arrive no later
than two working days. All orders outside of the UK are sent via AirMail
and take one week on average to arrive. It can take 6 - 20 days any AirMail
to arrive but these numbers can change depending on the time of year. All
orders are sent first class via standard mail services.

7. HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED OK?
When you make an order you will be asked to provide your email address. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you complete the order which will let you know that everything has worked ok. Your email address will not be shared with anyone else and you will not receive junk mail.
Once your order has been received by us and your package has been shipped, we will send you an email titled 'Your order has been shipped'. We like to keep our customers as up to date as possible.
